  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes: one with milk, one with a mixture of flour and garlic-onion seasoning, one with ranch dressing, and one with panko mixed with dry ranch dressing.
  3. Dip each cleaned portobello cap into the milk, then coat it in the flour mixture, followed by ranch dressing, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
