- 12 oz Brussels Sprouts, stemmed and halved
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes until they start to crisp.
- While they cook, mix diced chicken with chili oil, ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- After the sprouts have cooked for 10 minutes, add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket.
- Continue cooking for an additional 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F to 165°F.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the mixture and stir gently; air fry for another minute to caramelize.
