  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Steam broccoli florets for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Let cool and chop finely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
