- 4 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
- 4 1/2 cups regular Captain Crunch
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 2 cups organic powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt together peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and butter in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Stir in the smooth natural peanut butter until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine both types of Captain Crunch and pour the melted mixture over it. Stir gently until all pieces are coated.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until evenly coated. For easier cleanup, you can do this step in a large plastic bag.
