  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough balls, then add Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and half of both cheeses. Mix well.
  4. In the bundt pan, layer half of the dough balls, followed by shredded chicken and half of the alfredo sauce. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheeses.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate to serve.
