- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a muffin tin.
