  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), shredded
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface; spoon 1-2 teaspoons of the filling onto the center. Wet edges with water to seal.
  3. Shape each wrapper into a ball by folding corners together and pinching edges tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
