  • 1 ½ lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice by mixing it with parsley, dill, salt, and olive oil. Fluff and keep warm.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook in the skillet until pink and opaque on both sides.
