  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (optional)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower rice.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar cheese off heat.
  4. Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken mixture and mix gently to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and remaining cheddar.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
