  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté seasoned chicken pieces until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey and black pepper; simmer until thickened.
  4. In another saucepan over low heat, gently simmer heavy cream. Gradually whisk in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
