  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp softened butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups mixed chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces.
  6. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Press extra Reese's Pieces on top.
  7. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until lightly golden but soft in the center.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
