  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Layer diced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add seasoned beef on top of the potato layer.
  4. Sprinkle corn over the beef.
  5. Whisk together beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over all layers.
  6. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
  7. About 30 minutes before serving, add 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese on top; cover to melt.
  8. Stir gently before serving; garnish with additional cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
