  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  3. Sear the chicken on each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown; transfer to a plate.
  4. Reduce heat, add remaining butter, and sauté sliced onions for about 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly before adding chicken broth; scrape up any browned bits.
  6. Mix in sour cream until smooth and heat through gently.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and serve warm.
