  • 20 gyozas (or potstickers)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Your favorite vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by grating garlic and ginger. Bring salted water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, Thai red curry paste, and lime juice to the pot. Stir until combined and bring to a boil; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package instructions (about 2-3 minutes). Drain well.
