  • 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 397g bag coleslaw mix
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • sweet chili sauce (for serving)
  • chopped cilantro (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray wonton wrappers with cooking spray and press them over a baking dish to form cups. Bake for 7–8 minutes until golden.
  2. In a skillet, sauté diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger over high heat until cooked through (7–8 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix coleslaw with green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey for the slaw.
  4. Fill each baked wonton shell with chicken and top with slaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
