  • 1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced beef in soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine chicken stock, apple vinegar, soy sauces, and brown sugar in a bowl.
