  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar (for icing)
  • 1 Tbsp milk (for icing)
  • Pinch ground cinnamon & pinch salt (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Gently fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
