  • 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the egg yolk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until combined.
  3. Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and kosher salt until just incorporated.
