  • 6 oz defrosted imitation crab sticks
  • 1½ tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 chopped green onion stalk
  • A pinch of roasted white sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin half-moon pieces. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it rest for five minutes.
  2. Shred the imitation crab sticks into bite-sized pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.
