  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in grated parmesan and hot sauce until well combined.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers and preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Cook skewers in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste with additional sauce halfway through if desired.
  5. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
