  • 6 boneless chicken thighs (skin on or off)
  • 3 peaches (cored, quartered)
  • 1 peach (skin off, cored, diced)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or peach nectar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices in a bowl and coat chicken thighs evenly.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine diced peach and sugar; simmer until soft. Stir in barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar; simmer for an additional five minutes.
  3. Blend the sauce until smooth.
