  • 2 lemons
  • ½ baguette (gluten-free if desired)

  • 2 anchovies (or a substitute like capers)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grilled lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
