  • 1 cup chopped fresh or thawed frozen spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
