  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining olive oil.
  3. Sear the salmon cubes for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and ginger; stir until bubbling and slightly thickened.
  5. Return the salmon to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the glaze.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and transfer the skillet to bake for another 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with cilantro or parsley and serving with lime wedges.
