  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 lb turkey slices, chopped
  • 1/4 lb turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp banana pepper juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, grape tomatoes, turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, provolone cheese, and grated parmesan.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
  5. Serve chilled with extra banana peppers or freshly cracked black pepper on top.
