  • 5 oz chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 125 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 35 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares (approximately 4×4 inches).
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling on one half of each square, then fold over to create triangles. Seal edges by pressing down gently.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
