  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • French bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne; simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
