Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thick coins (about half an inch wide).
  2. Arrange banana slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  3. Spread about half a teaspoon of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  4. Top each slice with chopped roasted peanuts.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in short bursts until smooth.
