  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the cauliflower under cool water, remove leaves, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
