  • 4 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
  • 16 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • Patriotic sprinkles (red, white, and blue)
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in an extra-large microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until fully liquid.
  2. Add mini vegan marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring until well-coated. Microwave at 30-second intervals until soft but not completely liquefied.
  3. Gently fold in popped popcorn until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Coat hands with butter and shape the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres.

  6. Insert popsicle sticks into each ball securely.
