  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling, dicing, and mixing them with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit to develop juices.
  2. Make the dough by mixing flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, and softened butter in a bowl. Knead until smooth.
  3. Allow dough to rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter on top.
  5. Distribute the peach filling evenly; roll tightly from one side and slice into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise again until puffy.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing cream cheese with powdered sugar and heavy cream; drizzle over cooled rolls.
