  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms for 8–10 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in softened cream cheese and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella and all of the grated Parmesan until smooth.
