- 1 piece flatbread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup torn fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 3 cloves sliced garlic
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare ingredients: slice red onion thinly, tear spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces, and slice garlic cloves.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle garlic powder and half of the mozzarella evenly over the flatbread.
- Add torn spinach, followed by sliced onions and garlic. Top with crumbled feta and remaining mozzarella.
