  • 1 piece flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup torn fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 3 cloves sliced garlic
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare ingredients: slice red onion thinly, tear spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces, and slice garlic cloves.
  3. Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle garlic powder and half of the mozzarella evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Add torn spinach, followed by sliced onions and garlic. Top with crumbled feta and remaining mozzarella.
  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top, then sprinkle sea salt.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
