  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce (vegan if preferred)
  • 1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary (or dried)
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a large ziplock bag, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add fresh rosemary, Dijon mustard, ground black pepper, and garlic powder to the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the bag, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
