Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 4 pieces Flatbread Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 2 cups Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Torn into pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Assemble the Flatbreads
  1. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Evenly distribute the torn mozzarella cheese over each flatbread.
  3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
Bake the Flatbreads
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
