Method
- Thoroughly drain and rinse canned chickpeas, then pat them dry.
- In a bowl, drizzle chickpeas with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to coat.
- Mix chickpeas and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place seasoned chickpeas in air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; if not crispy, air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
