Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) 15 oz, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil) for crispiness
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for smoky sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder for savory flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder for subtle sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to enhance flavors
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper for mild spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Chili Powder optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs optional, for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Thoroughly drain and rinse canned chickpeas, then pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, drizzle chickpeas with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to coat.
  3. Mix chickpeas and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place seasoned chickpeas in air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Check for crispiness; if not crispy, air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
