Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps achieve a crispy texture
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Adds a tangy sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Provides natural sweetness
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning Infuses aromatic herbs
  • 1 medium head broccoli Cut into florets
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, prepare your broccoli by tossing the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Set your air fryer to preheat at 380ºF (193ºC).
  5. Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until fully cooked through.
  6. After cooking the chicken, add the prepared broccoli to the basket. Cook everything together for an additional 6-8 minutes until both are tender.
