Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia) cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
Cilantro Lime Slaw
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado sliced for topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
  • 1 lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Fish
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip each fish strip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Air Fry the Fish
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the coated fish strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Cilantro Lime Slaw
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  2. Place a few pieces of air-fried fish on each tortilla.
  3. Top with cilantro lime slaw, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
