Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Apple Filling
  • 2 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Topping
  • 1/4 cup oats rolled
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare the Dip Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
Make the Apple Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, mix diced apples with lemon juice, cornstarch, and nutmeg until well combined.
  2. Layer the apple mixture over the cream cheese base in the baking dish.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix oats, flour, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple layer.
Bake the Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
