Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
- Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute it evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden crust.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each piece and garnish with parsley before serving.
