Baked Boursin Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese 5.2 oz
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ lemon zest and juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus optional, for roasting alongside

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute it evenly over each salmon fillet.
  4. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden crust.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each piece and garnish with parsley before serving.
