- Cut the bread into 1/2-inch cubes and let it dry overnight or toast in the oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes.

Combining Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable mixture. Whisk eggs with broth and pour over. Toss gently to combine.
