Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the bread into 1/2-inch cubes and let it dry overnight or toast in the oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and herbs; cook for 2 more minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable mixture. Whisk eggs with broth and pour over. Toss gently to combine.
