Preparation and Baking
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Top each fillet with chunks or spoonfuls of Boursin cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and cheese is golden and melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if using. Serve hot with cheese sauce spooned over top.
