  • 4 fillets salmon skin-side down
  • 1 package Boursin cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs sufficient for topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest for added flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  3. Top each fillet with chunks or spoonfuls of Boursin cheese.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and cheese is golden and melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if using. Serve hot with cheese sauce spooned over top.
