  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Plus an additional 2 tablespoons for topping.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Plus an additional 2 tablespoons for topping.
  • 1 cup sour cream Balances out the heat from the hot sauce.
  • 3-4 green onions, bottoms and tops separated Adds freshness and crunch.
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing Enhances flavor complexity.
  • 1-2 tsp garlic salt Intensifies the overall taste profile.
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder Adds depth of flavor without overwhelming it.
  • 1 cup hot sauce Gives that signature buffalo kick.
  • 0.25 tsp fresh cracked black pepper Adds a subtle warmth.
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional for an extra layer of flavor.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather and prepare all your ingredients as listed above.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for extra cheese toppings and green onion tops. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour your mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top of your dip before placing it into the oven.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until it's heated through and bubbly on top.
