Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Cheesecake Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and slice the strawberries, peel and dice the kiwi, and halve the grapes. Combine all the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Cheesecake Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the cheesecake dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
