Assembly and Baking
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined sheet or pizza peel.
- Brush crust with olive oil, spread garlic evenly, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil. Add crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
