  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and cut biscuit pieces into the mixture and stir gently to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until the biscuits are golden and the casserole is bubbling.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
