Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Boursin Sauce
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Garlic and fine herbs flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Boursin Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add chopped parsley and chives, and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
