Method
Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Boursin Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add chopped parsley and chives, and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Combine and Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
