Ingredients

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except for the olive oil.
  2. Blend everything together for about 10-20 seconds until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
  4. Continue blending for another 20 seconds to fully combine all ingredients.
  5. Transfer your Chipotle Vinaigrette into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
