  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped turkey breast
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet or bake until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped bacon, turkey, ham, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until evenly coated.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally as a single slab; place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  5. Evenly spread the meat mixture over the rolls and top with Swiss and cheddar cheese slices.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
