- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook bacon in a skillet or bake until crispy, then chop and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped bacon, turkey, ham, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until evenly coated.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally as a single slab; place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Evenly spread the meat mixture over the rolls and top with Swiss and cheddar cheese slices.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
