  • 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, green onions, and cilantro until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a ring or wreath. Use a small bowl in the center to form the hole. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and place on a serving plate. Decorate with red bell pepper, jalapeño, parsley, rosemary, and cherry tomatoes to resemble a holiday wreath.
  4. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips around the wreath.
